We ship all orders with DHL – fast, reliable, and carefully packaged.

Shipping Germany

Orders with a value of €49 or more are shipped free of charge.
For orders under €49, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90.

Shipping Austria

Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of €13.90.

Shipping Switzerland

Orders from Switzerland are possible via MeinEinkauf.ch. There you will receive a German delivery address in Konstanz and can then order from CandleDeko as usual. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle the forwarding and customs clearance to Switzerland.

Returns

You can cancel your order within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.

Please notify us of your return by email in advance.

You bear the direct costs of the return yourself, unless there is an error on our part.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made to the original payment method chosen.

Scented products that have already been used, lit, or opened can only be partially refunded if there has been a loss in value.
